ANALYSIS OF DATA ABOUT COVID-19 DISEASE IN INTEGRATED REPORTING

چکیده
Günümüzde bilgi kullan?c?lar?n?n, taleplerinin kar??lanabilmesi amac?yla kurumsal raporlama çerçevesinin de geli?ti?i görülmektedir. Kurumsal raporlaman?n, geleneksel finansal raporlamadan çevresel raporlamaya, sürdürülebilirlik raporlamas?ndan entegre raporlamaya do?ru evrildi?i görülmü?tür. Entegre raporlama, raporlamada ya?anan son geli?me olarak kar??m?za ç?kmaktad?r. Kurumlar?n yaratt??? de?eri, en k?sa, öz ve anla??l?r ?ekilde, bütüncül stratejik bir bak?? aç?s? ile payda?lar?na aktarabilme yolu ortaya ç?kan raporlar?n?n birle?tirilmesinin ötesine geçerek, bugün birçok ülkede kullan?lan yöntemi haline gelmi?tir. Bu kapsamda, tüm dünyay? etkileyen COVID-19 salg?n?na ili?kin, raporlarda sunulmas? gerekti?i de?erlendirilmektedir. Çal??man?n temel amac?, salg?n?n ne ?ekilde ele al?nd???n?n incelenmesidir. Çal??mada, Türkiye’de az say?da rapor yay?nlayan ?irket bulunmas? bu ?irketlerden ise 5’inin raporlar?nda salg?na yer vermesi sebebiyle Johannesburg Borsa’s?na kay?tl? 23 ?irketin 2019 y?l?na ait raporu, içerik analizi kullan?larak incelenmi?tir. Ara?t?rma sonucunda, 9 raporunda ili?kin verdi?i tespit edilmi?tir. ?irketlerin genel k?lavuz ilkeler ö?elere uyumlu
